Creating an attractive plot for upwards of 6 months is hard to do. But with Bucks 2 Birds, that is exactly what the end result was. Made up of Buckwheat, Triticale, and Millet, this wildlife mix was developed to attract big game and game birds. With the early emergence of Buckwheat and Triticale through mid-late summer and the late maturation of Millet into the fall, deer and elk will browse on this plot late into the fall. Once winter hits, the seed heads left by the three species will be the largest attraction to the game birds in your area. Bucks 2 Birds was an experiment that ended up not only providing a great annual crop for the deer but proved to attract multiple species of birds throughout the winter months as well.
